Sandpiper 206 - Second Floor Townhouse with Oceanview

This townhouse is located on the second floor facing the northeast. New furniture throughout including new mattresses. Freshly painted and beautifully decorated for that Florida beach feel. The main living area has tile floors throughout and tiles in the recently renovated bathroom. The living room has been updated for a better relaxing view while you are enjoying the beach living vibe. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and another updated bathroom. Gorgeous views from the master bedroom which is equipped with a king-size bed. The second bedroom features a twin bed and queen bed. Washer and Dryer in unit!

The Crescent Sandpiper is located on beautiful Crescent Beach, Anastasia Island. The unique shape of the complex allows views of the ocean from every condo. Crescent Sandpiper has one of the shortest walks to the beach with only a few steps from the pool area to Florida's white sandy beach. One of a handful of places on Florida's east coast where you can enjoy the Atlantic ocean sunrises from your patio or deck and watch beautiful sunsets over the intercoastal waterway from the community patio deck. Amenities include a sparkling pool, separate kiddie pool, wifi access throughout the complex, coined laundry, and private access to Crescent Beach.

Great vacation

Clearly a no Hassel rental. Owner helpful and responded quickly to any comunication. Condo has a beautiful beach view. The sunrises we're amazing!

Great views

This property was just what the picture show. The views from every view is amazing. They have updated all the furniture from the pics on the listing and it is wonderful. The chair lift that goes up the stairs does take off half of the stairs and makes it hard to get up and down with the luggage. You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

Sandpiper crescent beach 206

Very lovely property, pretty much as depicted. Crescent beach is a beautiful quiet beach with soft white sand , very easy to social distance. Anna was immediately responsive to some small glitches at check in. Comfortable king bed in master and wonderful view from the balcony.

Amazing Location

I have been coming to Crescent Beach for the past twenty years. However, this was my first time at the Crescent Sandpiper. I was pleasantly surprised... it was an older complex but everything was extremely well-kept and the access to the beach and pool was the best I’ve seen! No long board walks, just one set of steps and you’re on the beach! We enjoyed our week and will definitely come back!!

Very Relaxing

We had a great time! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, it was like one big happy family! If the tide was starting to come in people grabbed your chair and if a storm was coming people raced to help each other. With that being said everyone still stayed very spread out on the beach. It was not crowded at all. The condo was exactly as It was in the pictures, and the view was spectacular. We will definitely be back next year!

Condo

The linens were ancient and need to be replaced. The bed is old and not good, needs clean mattress, padding was groase! Bed spread had body fluids from last visitor. That was really disgusting! It was pretty clean but pics are deceiving. Chair lift was a big surprise and if I would have seen it I might not have rented it. It has belongings in ot that make the place feel like your staying in someone's occupied home. It needs new bed, all linens and the chair lift need to go. Also the cable downstairs didnt work except one day and never did get repaired. That wasn't that big of a deal and the manager did try to get it fixed. Maybe some nice patio furniture as well. The view was wonderful!!
