Inside, you'll find ample room to spread out and relax. With two king bedrooms and a third bedroom featuring two full beds, everyone will enjoy a restful night's sleep. An additional sleeper sofa in a common area provides extra flexibility. The well-equipped kitchen makes dining in a breeze, whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or preparing a gourmet dinner. Fire pit is not available for guests.
Book now for the holidays! The 31st Annual Nights of Lights dazzles with more than three million lights adorning every corner of the historic district for two months.

This award-winning holiday lights display runs from Saturday, November 15, 2025, to January 11, 2026, in historic St. Augustine. During the seasonal display, businesses downtown stay open later, letting you dine with a view of the lights and browse the shops of the decorated buildings.

This house was great for our family, right in the middle of everything St. Augustine has to offer! The pool and Hot tub provided non stop fun for the kids. The house is bigger than the pictures and very Clean! Excellent choice for everyone! Secluded and quiet was another surprise!

The property was very nice. The backyard was like a little oasis. There fenced in yard was great for our dog and the landscaping was beautiful. The house was open, light and very clean. It was located only minutes from Anastasia beach and several restaurants ad well as downtown St Augustine. Owner answered my questions immediately. All in all, a great stay!

Nice vacation and home - just not my vibe

This was our first time staying in the St. Augustine area. This home sits across the bridge from historic St. Augustine in an older neighborhood called Davis Shores. The home was about a 1.2 mile walk across the lions bridge into the historic downtown and about a 2 1/2 mile drive to the Anastasia State Park Beach. Parking downtown during spring break was nearly impossible. Walking downtown from the home would be really tough with young kids if the weather was very hot as there is very little shade. Overall, we enjoyed the home and the pool. The home was fairly well stocked with hard plastic, dinnerware, and basic spices and necessities; however, there were no shower, gels or body washes in either of the two bathrooms. We did appreciate that there were umbrellas, beach towels, and sand toys to take to the beach. The pots and pans also need to be updated as they were quite scratched, and I didn’t like using nonstick cookware that was so damaged.Overall, I prefer to be in a home where it’s easier to get to the beach or to the downtown area and this was neither so it was just not my vibe.

Oasis!

This home is lovely and comfortable, while the privacy & the vegetation of the pool and deck area proved to be a true oasis of relaxation. We have stayed in many VRBOs over the past 30 years, and this was one of our all time favorites.Thanks to Heather, our Host, for ensuring our delightful stay!

Pool Oasis

We’ve been coming to St. Augustine for almost 20 years. My wife went to Flagler College and keeps us coming back to this beautiful area. This is by far the nicest home we’ve stayed at. House was very clean with a great layout if you had multiple people staying. The pool and backyard are like your own little Oasis. We loved being able to walk to downtown just a short walk over the bridge to shops and restaurants. There were also many great restaurants right around the neighborhood. The beach is just a short drive away which was very easy and new for us since we usually stay out at the beach. We preferred this area closer to downtown much more. This will be our new favorite place to stay in St. Augustine! Heather and Al are great hosts. Thanks! Steven and Diana

Great house, location, and amenities for family trip

My husband, two teenagers, dog, and I stayed here for a week over spring break. We had a great time! The house is in a perfect location for going to both old town St. Augustine as well as the beach (we went down to Butler Beach on several days for time in the sun and had several meals at restaurants in St. Augustine Beach). We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub and our dog loved chasing lizards in the fenced in back yard. The house had plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax. It is well stocked with spices (though you will need to bring condiments) and we really appreciated that there were four beach chairs (two high and two low), a beach umbrella, and pool towels that we could use. The house had everything we needed and we definitely would stay here again!

Lovely house, quiet neighborhood

The house was clean, well organized and comfortable. The pool area is very private and spacious. The neighborhood is safe and wonderfully quiet. And the location is close to Old Town St. Augustine. Perfect Vacation Home

We had such a relaxing stay at this vacation home. Heather was an excellent host and made our stay a breeze. Her house was even more spacious than what we expected from the photos. The pool area and backyard is a private oasis. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to downtown and a short drive to the beach. We would definitely stay here again when we’re back in St Augustine.

Great Stay Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. Location was great, we could walk to several bars. It was a 5 minute drive to the amphitheater, 10 minutes to where we could drive right onto the beach. We actually walked downtown over the bridge, which wasabout a 20 minute walk. Pool area was nice. House was very clean. We would definitely stay again.

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was perfect. The location was great. Walking distance to restaurants and downtown. The pool was so nice and relaxing.
