The Space:

Welcome to your private coastal retreat, a beautifully appointed two-story walk-up townhouse on the 2nd and 3rd floors. This sun-kissed, air-conditioned home is made for slowing down and soaking it all in. Start your mornings with coffee on the private balcony, then spend your afternoons exploring everything the coast has to offer, from the pools, and beach right outside your door to the historic charm of Old City St. Augustine just a short drive away. The modern, fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances makes it easy to cook up your favorite meals, and after a day of sun and adventure, unwind in the comfortable living area. Bringing a boat or RV? You're covered, with dedicated parking available on-site.



Sleeping Arrangements:

Primary Suite: King bed, cozy rocking chair, TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

* Pre-Arrival : Before your stay, the primary guest will need to complete a quick pre-arrival form via the PMI St. Augustine Guest Portal. This ensures you’ll have everything needed for a smooth check-in.

* Streaming Services : All televisions include streaming apps. You are welcome to log in with your personal accounts—just remember to log out before you depart.
