  • Enjoy beach life in this top floor beachfront two bedroom two bath condo with strong ocean views from the Living Room and the Master Bedroom. It is conveniently located right next to the elevator. Enjoy your coffee watching beautiful sunrises from the balcony overlooking the pool & ocean. The Living Room has a 50" HD TV with a sectional couch with multiple recliners. You will love the master bedroom with a king memory foam mattress, 40" HD TV and en suite master bath. Guest bedroom has a queen and twin bed. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy your favorite meals from home. Keep the full size refrigerator stocked with your favorite drinks from the nearby stores. Use the full size stove and microwave to cook and the dishwasher to clean up after. There is even a crock-pot you can use to have your meal cooking all day while you enjoy the beach and attractions. If you don't feel like cooking, there are plenty of restaurants close by. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower and the master bathroom has a bathtub/shower. You will find beach chairs a 10’x10’ canopy and an umbrella in the guest bedroom closet for your beach use. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit. We have high speed Internet with a convenient desk in the master bedroom. Enjoy on-site tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts and shuffleboard while barbequing on one of the nearby grills in this secure gated complex. This condo is located 5 miles south of historic St Augustine, also known as the Ancient City. Located on Anastasia Island we are 1/2 hour from the Daytona speedway, and 1 1/2 hours from Orlando.

This place was fabulous! It was clean the view of the ocean was great, they were so kind when we had to reschedule due to me breaking my arm. I would recommend this place always!!

Had a great stay this winter , this was our third stay in Ron and Jennifer s unit. Everything you need is there and is as advertised, we love the view from the balcony’s Adirondack chairs over the pool out to beach . Sunrise is beautiful from there also. Will be back god willing next February.

We had a wonderful stay! The beachfront location was perfect. The apartment was updated, fresh & very comfortable. The host thought of everything to make it a home away from home.

An excellent experience. Property had everything as advertised and more. Beautiful views of the sunrise and the beach and ocean. Beach access was great. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I have stayed in several vacation condos all over the country and at many in the St Augustine area and this unit may be our favorite. Lots of space, a great view, responsive owners and everything was provided in the unit that we could have wanted. There was even a cast iron skillet and the puzzle in the unit had all of the pieces! It is in a great location with great amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very quiet and safe. The pool was very nice. The grounds were beautiful. It was a very short walk to the beach. The owners were very responsive. We would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely perfect ! The condo was amazing and the host was super responsive and wonderful to deal with. The amenities in the unit were top notch . Comfortable and welcoming . Beautiful views from the patio- pool area was stunning. Had the best vacation !

Comfortable condo, great location

Very much enjoyed our stay. Booking was easy and condo was comfortable. Maintenance and on-site office staff were unpleasant, but otherwise the condo itself, the property owners, and the location were great! Will come again.
