  • Fantástica vida de playa te espera en este hogar lejos del hogar en el corazón de la playa de San Agustín. Disfruta de la excelente ubicación a solo unos pasos de la playa para no conducir, el muelle de pesca del condado de St Johns y los restaurantes locales. Piscina en el sitio. YMCA al otro lado de la calle. Anfiteatro de San Agustín con su gran programa de conciertos 1. 7 millas de distancia. El condominio cuenta con dos dormitorios y dos baños, entrada privada, decorada con buen gusto que lo invita a disfrutar de la vida en la playa. Cocina totalmente equipada, sofá cama en el salón. Amplia ropa de cama siempre. Una botella de vino de su elección para disfrutar durante su estancia.

Just the right place

Cute place, very clean with easy access to the beach and close to everything you'd want to do for a few days in St Augustine.

Check-in/out was smooth and easy. The unit was nice and clean and the pictures were accurate to the condition and amenities. Nice additional touches like lots of extra towels, beach chairs, wagon and cooler. Walk to the beach is quick and easy along a sidewalk and the beach is clean and not overly crowded. Appliances all appear to be brand new. Communication with owner was easy and very helpful!

Hidden gem

We found our accommodations very peaceful and clean. We will definitely stay again in the future. We would recommend to anyone we know heading to st. Augustine.

Great place to stay with the family. Walking distance to beach, stores and restaurants. Very family friendly. Had lots of fun relaxing. Condo had everything we needed.

2 week stay Feb. 2023, easy 2 block walk to the beach, close to the pool, wish it was heated. Weather was beautiful!

We had a great time in St. Augustine and this property was all it said it would be. A short walk to the beach and restaurants!! Our hostess was very kind and always quick to help. We will be back!

Everything was wonderful!! Great communication and we had everything we needed. All the small details from kitchen items to chargers for devices everywhere. So nice we could also do laundry! Walking distance to beach was perfect! Loved that we had beach chairs as well!!

Great time in St. Augustine Beach

This was a great rental. Close to the beach and to some of the very best restaurants. Property owner was in touch with us but we had no problems. The condo was very clean and well stocked. We are looking forward to returning and renting it again.

Perfect for our Purpose

We needed something over the Thanksgiving holiday while visiting family. This condo was perfect for us. Easy to find, near whatever we needed and in a quiet area. Other than hearing the footsteps of the renters above us, it was just what we expected. Nicely decorated in a beach theme and plenty of room for the two of us. When we are in the area again visiting family we will definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful condo development near the beach!

The property was about a five minute walk to the beach. There are stores and restaurants. It is only a five minute drive across the bridge to old Saint Augustine. Laundry and kitchen was a bonus and everything was very clean! I wish we could have stayed longer!!

We had a wonderful relaxing time! Short stroll to the beach and only a short drive to Historic St Augustine. Best of both worlds. Thought we were going to have small glitch before arrival, but it turned out to be technical difficulties. (Gotta love computers!) ❤️ Over all this property and host gets a 5 star review from us!

Loved it!

The linens were clean and cotton and plentiful! The unit was clean and convenient to the best beach we’ve ever been to! We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook all our meals! I suppose the last guests left some of their spices and cleaning supplies as well as shampoo and body wash… it was great! We can’t wait to come back! Might even find a unti in Sea Villas to purchase for our very own! Pet friendly, welcoming community! Thanks Dinah ♥️
