Thank you so much for the lovely review you left us on Airbnb. I do apologize for not posting a review sooner. We've been travelling for the last few weeks, and I was unaware that the time to review would expire on Airbnb.

I contacted Airbnb to see if they could assist in posting the review but they weren't much help... we have written a review that I have attached below. Please feel free to upload it on other sites if you wish or share it with future guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your home! 5 stars all around!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful holiday home. Our family spent a week here in July and we felt right at home! Marvyn was the perfect host. He met us at the property on our arrival. We arrived in St Andrews a few hours before check-in and he graciously accommodated us with the storage of our luggage until we could occupy the house. He checked in with us regularly during our stay and it was reassuring to know that he was just a phone call away.

The home itself is beautifully decorated, well-appointed and perfectly situated. It is modern, spotlessly clean and looks exactly like the photos. The home comfortably accommodates eight people, without feeling cramped. We loved the layout of the kitchen, dining and lounge area, where we all gathered for meals and to just hang out together. This space was perfect for our family of seven to relax and reminisce about our day on the golf course!! And to watch a bit of telly on the very large screen. There’s a second lounge, also with TV, but we seldom used it.

The bedrooms are all ensuite and boast flat screen TV’s. Each bedroom is decorated beautifully, and the beds and pillows are SUPER comfortable, allowing for a restful night’s sleep. Water pressure in the showers is great. All bathrooms have heated towel rails, robes and lovely toiletries. The main ensuite is gorgeous, and I absolutely loved the free-standing bathtub.

The spa garden is beautiful - the perfect place to relax on a summer’s day. The jacuzzi, sauna and steam room are an absolute treat.

There is ample parking space for two cars. It’s a short stroll to all the restaurants, shops and cafés in St Andrews and a 10-15 walk to the Old Course. There are many taxi services in St Andrews, and only ever a three-minute wait for a cab.

All in all, this is a wonderful property. It is well maintained, clean, comfortable and luxurious. It met all of our needs (and more). We will definitely stay here again.

Old Course Golf

This is an amazing place to stay. Has everything you need after a day of exploring town and of course golf. Within walking distance to downtown St. Andrew’s. It was great for 4 guys on a golf trip- everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Marvyn the host was incredible. Great communications prior to arrival and during our stay. Went out of his way to help us. Will be staying here again.

Gorgeous house

I would recommend this property over and over again! Absolutely stunning inside and out, location is very convenient for heading into town for some food/drinks but it’s equally such a lovely place that leaving it to head out was a nice dilemma to have! Spa area was top spec and the hot tub is massive! Host very friendly and great communication.

Incredible home

This house couldn’t be more lovely. Everything is beautifully appointed, the backyard is like a spa and Marvyn couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. It is the nicest Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in.

Our stay at this lovely house in St. Andrews was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charm and comfort of this beautiful home. The location was perfect, offering easy access to all the attractions St. Andrews has to offer, including restaurants, pubs, and, of course, the golf courses. The house itself was immaculate and well-appointed, with every amenity we could possibly need. The decor was tasteful and cozy, making us feel right at home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to enjoy a few home-cooked meals during our stay. The spa is exactly as what's shown in the pictures, and came in handy every day after golf. What truly set this experience apart was the outstanding service provided by the Marvyn. His hospitality and attention to detail were remarkable. From the thoughtful welcome package to the prompt and friendly communication, he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We felt truly cared for and appreciated his genuine efforts to make our visit memorable. We highly recommend this VRBO rental to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in St. Andrews. Home away from home

wonderful stay, felt so comfortable and well-appointed-could have stayed for weeks. House is better than the photos and everything is minutes away-either walking or by car. Quiet. We loved St. Andrew's. Hosts are amazing. Would highly recommend it.

Wonderful experience!

The house was very comfortable, updated, and clean, with every amenity. The garden is beautiful and includes a fire pit, barbecue, sauna, and spa. Everything is even better than in the photos! Everyone in our family loved it, from pre-teens to teens to adults. The location is perfect- an easy, 7-minute walk into town. Marvyn was warm, helpful, and communicative, and he sent helpful, detailed information about all aspects of the house. There is also a lovely walk through the woods, along a creek, which is easily accessible near the house. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house in an excellent location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property which is in the perfect location. We were blown away by the standard of finish and high quality equipment. Great place in the heart of St. Andrews

This house lived up to and exceeded our expectations. The house was clean, organized, linens were great, towels brand new, and a proper barista coffee machine. We had our 4 adult children with us, playing golf and walking into town for dinner each evening. An on-suite bathroom in every room. The amenities of the spa area in back were just as described and a nice addition to the house. Spotless, easy communication, terrific location, great space inside & out. Highly recommend and we will definitely return.

amazing house

We were blown away by the quality of this property. Everything is new and state of the art, a beautiful home. It was the nicest property I have ever rented through VRBO. We walked daily into town, the old course, grocery store. I thought the pics provided looked too good to be true but the reality was even nicer. Owner provided excellent instructions with video links and responded immediately to questions. A truly delightful stay and hope to come again.

Amazing house

We had the most wonderful experience in St. Andrews mainly because of this house. It was perfectly located to everything. For the golfers in our group that needed transportation because of their golf clubs, taxis were easily accessible and very reasonably priced. The house itself had everything you could possibly need. Each room had their own bathroom, the sauna/jacuzzi outdoor living area was amazing. Everything in this house was new, modern and top of the line. Every detail of the house from the smart TVs in every room to the convenient usb plugs everywhere…this house had it all. Hope to return again!
