"Unfortunately the shower area is designed very badly. The first night the water came out and reached the bed room area too. We immediately called the front office hoping for a room change or that someone comes and fixes it. They promised that someone will come to fix and clean the mess, none of this happened. Overall the hotel is beautiful but the room is not functional. I have no idea how these shower problems were not noticed and fixed during the snagging or pre-opening phases. We would have...

"We had trouble finding the property because the street number wasn’t obvious when arriving on foot. It was there, but much higher than we saw from the sidewalk. This is why I gave the check in a 4 instead of 5 stars. The check in process with the staff was definitely a 5 star."

"Such a lovely stay - the staff were awesome with my daughter, we had a room upgrade for her birthday, plus balloons and a little cake waiting for her which was such a nice touch. The room was quiet and it was excellently positioned - we walked to Covent Garden but tube station just outside. Staff were attentive and kind, and breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend!"
