"Hotel is lovely and in a very central location, the check in wasn’t a good experience, we arrived to the hotel at 12 and were told we can check in is from 2pm however if we get back at 1pm we should be able to check in. We got back at 3pm and the room wasn’t ready until after just 4pm. There is a small shop not far from the hotel to get some bits if you need them. "It's the era of EVs so it's mandate that we maintain dedicated ev charging station and not let ICE cars park in EV zones we ended up spending 2 hours running around the parking area to get the ICE cars removed and 2 out of 3 charging stations were not functioning!! What kind of maintenance is this?? When asked staff responds that not many EVs visit our property...please consider having separate parking just for EVs since you have acres of land in the property also have more security staff to...

"Age of the property is showing up.. Rooms wasnt well prepared... only 2 towels, no hand towels, leaky water faucet made the whole bathroom wet.. no floor towels, broken clothes hanger behind toilet door. King bed was bent in the middle due to age.. Ive been a windflower patron for over 15 years, Overall not worth the money anymore unless they do a major overhaul. "

"THE WORST experience I ever had. It was a pathetic experience from check in to check out. Pls do not overwhelm by looking at the photo. Rude staff, slippery places and no help offered even after we fell down. Damaged bed spreads, no hot water, restroom lock not working and ironically none of these problems are sorted out throughout my stay there. I would classify this as SCAM considering the amount they collect and service they provide"
