"Room was a lovely size and well decorated. Room was relatively clean, with the exception of a few dead bugs in the windows. Room service was slightly disappointing with some items not arriving, and no answer on the phone after to sort it. 10 calls and a voicemail. Breakfast was also disappointing, the cost of £18 per person was very steep especially with very little selection on offer. "On arriving, we parked in front of the hotel. There was limited parking at the front, but it also has parking round the side. The entrance hall was quite dark and had a funny smell at first, which later faded. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially May, who served us breakfast. Food and drinks were a bit pricey, but the food was lovely. The room was ok. The window frames have seen better days. It looked like they were rotting. We had a nice view of the grounds, which were lovely....
