"I arrived at the property late at night. It wasn't made clear to me how I was to gain access into the house to get to the accommodation. The neighborhood appeared to be low income and the lighting outside of the house was poor.When I arrived the parking spot was occupied by a friend of the man who rented the upstairs.I met the renter in the front yard. He was shirtless and intoxicated. He escorted me to the basement accommodation and gave me a tour. There was no door to secure the entire...

"The price was alright and it was convenient to get to west Edmonton mall, however there were some cleanliness problems- There were some small stains on the sheets and duvet, The lint trap was full, the cooking utensils and pots were a bit dirty.
Being woken up at 6am from stomping,7am from vacuuming, then again at 8 am from more stomping was not ideal, throughout the day there was quite a bit of noise upstairs so we avoided spending as much time as possible at the suit.
