Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Large yards to run and play for the whole family. Fire pit is located in an open setting. Large covered dog kennel located on the property for hunters with dogs, ranchers with cattle dogs or those with pets. Three large bedrooms, all with 60 inch flat screen televisions. Large luxurious master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, walk in closet and a large corner tub. Bedroom two has a king size bed, large closet, and a 60" flat screen tv. Bedroom three has a large closet, 60" flat screen tv and dresser. The kitchen is large and open with an island, bar and stools and all cooking necessities

FANTASTIC and comfortable

We needed a place to stay for a family event and this was PERFECT. From teens through elderly parents, everyone thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful home. For booking and communication, the hostess was easy to work with and checked in a perfect amount to be sure that all was what we needed. Thank you so very much for a fantastic stay!

A Great Place to Stay

The house was everything advertised. It was very clean and much larger than we thought. The hosts were great and even helped out when our car would not start at check out. I called and they came over with cables.. we left the light on. Would definitely stay again.

The house was in the perfect location for a weeding that we were attending at the Springville ranch. It is a quiet place to stay for those who like peace and quiet. We Loved it.As for the cooking supplies it might need a cutting board I used a cookie sheet to cut vegetables

I was surprised that there is an attached guest house that can be rented by another party. Property was frequented visited by outsiders who walked the property while we were there. The AC was on a program that froze us out at 4 AM. And the whistle noise around the master bedroom door was loud. The towels were not fit for goodwill. Beds were comfortable. Living room floor was dusty at checkin.

Great home!

This house was beautiful and perfect for our stay in Springville. We had a wedding to attend at the Springville Ranch just about 10 mins down the road. We enjoyed hanging out on the back patio in the mornings, with the pretty view of the mountains and the horse on the property.

Beautiful home with country feel

The home is beautiful and located in a quiet neighborhood. Home has comfortable beds, great WiFI service and was clean. The only thing that needs improvement is the cookware is old and dirty. Overall great home for family vacation.

Beautiful home

We had a great stay the home was beautiful. It was an easy trip to Springville Ranch for a wedding. The house was a great calm place to escape the wedding craziness. We thought the bathrooms were beautiful and the kitchen had everything we could need. 100% happy with our stay!

Nice Mountain View close to lake success

We had a great time, very pretty mountain home. Didn’t know there was a detached unit that was rented to a guy working in the area but we never ended up seeing him. Super clean space, everything is newer and good condition except the pull out couch that wasn’t sleepable but we brought a 2 inch twin mattress cushion and the main couch can move to be the shape of a twin and with the mattress pad over it my dad loved it. I would sit out and watch the sunsets and a deer came into the yard it was so cool!

Beautiful Country Living

My husband and sons didn’t want to go home. It was a beautiful open space home with gorgeous views; stunning sunsets. We stayed for my brothers wedding and was nice to come back and relax after our event after a long hot day. We had a wonderful time and would love to be back to this specific property. Plenty of towels, comfortable large bedrooms, coffee available and a few basic spices for cooking needs.

Exceeded expectations!

The house is absolutely beautiful! Huge great room and gorgeous rock fireplace. Rooms are large and roomy. Kitchen is well appointed. Vicki was an extremely accommodating host! We had a late check in due to weather delays and the communication was fast and very helpful. I wish we had longer to enjoy the fire pit and covered porch. Amazing views of the mountains while enjoying our coffee both mornings. I would highly recommend this home and hope to return again soon!
