"This property is wrll kept and fully stocked. You can tell the owner tskes pride in the property and the confort of the guests. It felt homey and amazing. "

"Adorable house very close to UCA campus on a quiet street. Check in is simple by just entering a code on the door lock pad that the owner gives the day of arrival. The backyard is spacious and welcoming. I loved drinking coffee there in the mornings. It has a full kitchen and a ton of lovely windows. "We stayed here for the proximity of the trails for riding our side by side. It was perfect for that! The cabin was very clean. It has all the basics you need from the kitchenette to the outside grill and picnic table. The shower is a little small, but worked just fine. The a/c was nice and cold! "There is not much parking, the yard had not been kept up, the basement was flooded, the HVAC was out, the pool was closed, there was broke glass and trash from previous renters , poor communications "

"We stayed for around 5 days after Christmas and had an amazing time. Troy is very responsive and the check in process was seamless. Absolutely love that there’s a hot tub and a sauna right next to each other, makes those winter days and nights more fun. Incredible views too, sunset/sunrise is special here. The accommodation itself was clean, organized and cozy. We will absolutely be booking again!"
