"Property is nicely located a short distance from Insanti Atv Park in Nebraska and Talsma Trail Park in South Dakota. Plenty of space for parking, lots of sleeping options and locals were friendly and helpful."

"I hosted our family reunion at On the Bluff. Everyone said that it was a great stay. The location is excellent, the neighbors are great. Doug's Grocery is wonderful, had everything we needed. Ask them about the Big Aluminum Boat. Casey's is "a pizza place that sells gas". You've got to try it! The house is roomy with lots of windows to watch wildlife along the river. Lots of birds in the trees in the backyard. The dog run was a godsend. "

"We needed a place to land while attending a function at Niobrara for 2 days. Just a place to bed down and clean up after a poker run. The bungalow was very clean, had a expansive deck complete with fgas firepit table and high boy chairs plus a couple rockers. Even has a gated area where we could park the bikes off the street. Nice. The basement seemed newly remodeled with 3 twin beds, but the steps are a bit steep for old knees. We didn't have time to watch tv but never could figure out that...

"Great place for a relaxing family vacation!"

"The creek was very nice. Screened in back porch had view of creek which was fun. We also hung out on front porch a lot. The birds sang a lot and trees were pretty. Our host was always available for questions"

"We booked this house for a little get together for my parents 50th wedding anniversary and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The communication with the renters was wonderful, the house was so comfortable and beautiful. We will be renting again when we make our way to town!"

"Excellent location, everything you need is supplied, cant say enough about the owners, they were great people."

"We were very happy with our stay. There was an issue with the coffee pot, but we managed, the owner said they would take care of it, when I let her know. The "game room" as my family called it was fun for all ages."
