Animal Policy: NO CATS. Maximum 1 Medium/Large Dog or 2 small dogs.** NON- SHEDDING HYPOALLERGENIC ONLY*** Must be HOUSE TRAINED and CRATED when guests leave. The cost is $35/Per Dog/ Per Night and needs to be paid through the resolution center the day you book.
If you would like the animal to sleep on the bed with you, please bring a sheet for it to lay on. Do not let your dog loose at any time. The person(s) who book the reservation assume full responsibility of any damages, additional cleaning expenses caused by the animal in the reservation as well as the safety of animal(s) on the entire property. Any unapproved or additional animals are subject to a $50 daily fee per animal.
- Absolutely no unwarranted parties or events allowed. External cameras will be monitored, and any sign of this will result in eviction with no refund.
- No extra guests allowed inside the unit unless approved by the host before booking confirmation. If you try to bring unwarranted guests in, you may be forced to leave without refund. So, don’t risk it.
- Extra guest charge $30/pp/PER NIGHT, regardless of whether they stay or not.
- Unapproved late checkouts incur a $100/hr fee in 1-hour increments (max 2 hours), with an additional $500 fee for further delay.
- Smoking/smell of smoke inside the unit results in a $350 OZONE CLEANING FEE, not limited to the security deposit.
- A $40 charge + shipping cost for mailing forgotten items.
- Noise/neighbor complaints: FIRST complaint after quiet hours is a $250 fine. Additional complaints lead to immediate termination of the stay with no refund, and the whole security deposit is forfeited.
- Reservation changes are subject to approval. If allowed, a minimum of 50% of adjusted/removed dates will be withheld by the host. No reservation date adjustments allowed within 30 days of booking.
- No fires are allowed in/on the property. If there is a fire, a $500 cleaning fee will be charged.
- Guests must clean up all yard garbage every night. A minimum $50 excessive cleanup fee applies if garbage is left outside.
- Guests are responsible for Propane in grill.
- This property is for single-family use or up to 4 unrelated persons as a single housekeeping unit. Not available for transient rental; bookings should be a minimum of one week and in multiples of one week.
- Effective July 6, 2023: Reservations starting after this date require proof of identity upon request before the start of the reservation for access to the property.
- Thermostats are set to a threshold of 68-72 degrees. Please plan accordingly.
- Early check-in and late check-out must be paid for at the time they are approved. No refunds.
- All issues should be reported within 3 hours after check-in. With photographic evidence.
- All issues that are not reported will not be eligible for a partial or full refund.
- Communication is very important to us. We would greatly appreciate it if any issues could be communicated directly to us, rather than being left in a review.
