"This was a lovely place to stay, quiet, very comfortable and attractive. We had everything we needed and Niki made sure she was easy to contact. Was a short drive to the beach and other amenities. Would highly recommend to other people. Great shower!"

"The property was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. It was also quiet, apart fro the trucks on the main road, but this was expected. We were within a short walking distance into the main town area which was very handy for restaurants. It was a great central place to stay. Wed definitely stay again if we return to Matamata. "

"The property is pretty. The description details which have now been changed were misinforming. The ad said there was a bathroom. There isn't unless you go outside or into the main house. The hosts failed to mention that there are no electrical outlets. Nothing in the treehouse to charge phones, tablets or medical equip. They were very clear on "No Refunds." I arrived very late, climbed the stairs, and went in to discover all of this. I turned around and left notifying the hosts that I could...
