"The room, the staff , and the overall cleanliness of the hotel gets 10 out of 10 . However, Elevator out of order was an inconvenience being on the 3rd Floor. Also it would be nice if front desk kept quarters for the laundry."

"Room was clean, valet was quick and easy, staff was friendly and helpful."

"The room was clean and we liked the separate "living room" set up. There was even a sound machine on the nightstand. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast included eggs, sausages, waffles, pastries, oatmeal, coffee and juices. A great selection and plenty for everyone. The only negative was that we were on the main floor, close to the pool. We could gear doors slamming and people running down the hall."

"The house was beautiful and restaurant and bar were great. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The house is beautifully decorated and inviting. The retro Motel was just ok. The room was perfectly cleaned and comfortable, and had minimalist decor, kind of like IKEA. If you have a lot of luggage/belongings with you, you will want to request first floor ahead of time. "The Ellison is an amazing boutique hotel in a classic part of Oklahoma City. There are some great shops near by such as Trader Joes, Lulu Lemon - just to name a few. The Hotel itself is lovely. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bedding is comfy and the amenities in the rooms are nice. The restaurant has some delicious options and the staff is very accommodating. "For the money I paid to stay, the floor was extremely dirty, even in the bathroom. Trash was not taken out. Breakfast was super terrible, snacks and coffee, which was never ready. Folks were waiting for coffee on several occasions. Don't think I'll be staying here anymore, plus I left one day early. I know I'll not getting a refund for that."
