Excellent hosts

We had a family emergency, and the hosts were thoughtful and understanding the entire time. They even blocked out an extra week so no one else could rent in case we needed to extend our stay, which we did. The place was very nice and met our needs perfectly. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Hosts went above and beyond for us, and we are extremely grateful. Thank you.

Celebrated July 4th & “C” remission!

We enjoyed this cozy respite with our family! The host was always quick to respond with any questions we had, property was clean, the beds were comfortable, the hot tub was perfect, the kayaks were used each day with easy access to the dock, and the water was calm, far enough away from busy boaters! If you want to rent a boat during a holiday, try so well in advance. Will be back!

Anita is a wonderful host. Property borders the lake. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. House very relaxing. Close to Springdale plus easy drive to historic sites in this part of Arkansas.

Wonderful!

We had an awesome long weekend! We spent most of the weekend out on the dock by the water. The kids (ages 16, 14, 10) loved the fishing and the kayaks. Looking for a time to try to get back again soon. House has everything you need and is super close to town for groceries, etc. Anita and her husband were awesome hosts! Highly recommend!

Wonderful!

This property was perfect! Everything was set up beautifully, home was well stocked with all the cooking essentials, and having extras like kayaks and fishing poles was definitely a plus. Having the swimming dock so close was wonderful for the hot summer days, and the fenced in backyard was great for the kids and safety. It was the perfect home away from home!

Great house with beautiful views and great owner!

We stayed the first weekend in October, and it was beautiful. Aided by perfect weather, the views were beautiful all times of day. Anita was really helpful in showing us her dock and getting kayaks ready to take out. The placement on Beaver Lake is really good. We did some fishing, relaxing, and kayaking. The house itself was great! Kitchen had everything we wanted/needed. Layout was good for dining, playing games, and relaxing. The deck wraps around the back and provided terrific views toward the lake. I just can't find a complaint. We all loved it, including the teen-aged kids. I definitely recommend!

Relaxing weekend

Our family had a very relaxing and enjoyable weekend at the property. The listing is as described and there were no surprises. Anita greeted us and showed us around the property. There was plenty of firewood, a cornhole set, a ping-pong table, hot tub, and we enjoyed taking our kids out on the kayaks. Our kids did a lot of fishing and loved it — they caught and released about 30 perch and a few small basses from the dock. The view of the lake at sunset is beautiful. There were several hummingbirds who regularly visited the feeder and we enjoyed having coffee and reading on the patio. The house was very well stocked and clean. The only complaint is that the futon beds had a large bar in the middle that made them somewhat uncomfortable for our kids who slept on them. We truly had a lovely, relaxing, fun weekend connecting as a family and enjoying nature, and the property was well-suited for those pursuits.
