Looking for a real "home, away from home"? This is the spot! We are travelers too and we want to make sure that our guests are absolutely comfortable and happy here. We are the polar opposite of a sterile hotel room. Although I will say that I keep an extremely clean house! ;)
From the comfy sheets, extra towels (and oh yes, wash cloths!), pillows, couch blankets, body wash, shampoo, fully stocked kitchen and a fantastic washer and dryer! You and your group will love staying with us! Our place is the full second story of the building. There is a private side entrance and reserved FREE parking for our guests. We are right downtown Springdale and you will love walking to dinner, coffee, shopping or just jumping on the town shuttle that's seconds away! From the moment you walk into Agave Suites, we hope to make you feel at home.
Our apartment has an oversized master bedroom (with French doors that open to the private patio!) with a fantastic king size bed, large tv and a private bath. Not only that, the 2nd bedroom also boasts a king size bed (we didn't want the other couple you're traveling with to be envious). Our 3rd bedroom contains 2 super comfy queen size beds. All 3 of our bedrooms are equipped with comfortable mattresses and pillows, ceiling fans, a sitting area and a reading lamp.
There is a full size kitchen with custom cabinets & concrete countertops. We keep it stocked with everything you'll need to cook those big group meals! Plenty of dishes, silverware, basic spices, glasses, cups, baking sheets, pots and pans, mixing bowls, tea kettle, coffee maker (x2), slow cooker, rice cooker, ice maker, dish soap, plenty of dish towels and scrubbers, etc.! Also worth a mention that there is a R.O. water tap in the kitchen sink. Don't forget those refillable water bottles folks!
There is plenty of lounge seating in the living room for all of your guests. We've newly upgraded our tv in the living room to a 65" big guy. So if you are the type that enjoys watching your shows while standing back in the kitchen cooking, I think you're going to like it here.
There are 2 full bathrooms in our place, each with a shower/tub combo, toilet and sink. Please feel free to look through the cabinets and drawers to find all your supplies. Towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, Clorox wipes or the hair dryer.
We do have a rollaway type bed available. Please request (if needed) at time of booking. I do not keep the spare sheets in the apartment, so planning ahead is appreciated! :). We just want you comfy!
You will truly enjoy staying here! The views from this apartment cannot be beat! There is a 500 sq. ft deck attached where you can sit & enjoy the Mountains while you barbecue on our gas grill (yes we provide the propane), have tea or cocktails, or simply look down around Springdale to see what's happening in town! This is such a fun location and an amazing apartment! We can't wait to share it with all of you! Cheers

We had an amazing stay and really enjoyed the property. The views outside the balcony were stunning, location very convenient and well maintained altogether. The rooms and family areas were especially spacious which helped. We also appreciated the thoughts on all the small amenities. Keurig coffee, fully stocked kitchen with toaster, etc, a spot at the entry to put your "dirty" shoes with towel to clean, grill outside, etc. In all, no complains and if we return to the area, no problem staying here again.

Perfect stay! The property leaves a bit to be desired from the outside (it sits above a bike shop), but once you climb a short flight of stairs and open the front door, you realize you stepped into the most perfect accommodations. We were a group of 3 couples and fit perfectly. Beds were very comfortable after a full day of hiking! Location was ideal, right in front of park shuttle stop! Bike shop even provided a “good neighbor 15% discount.” We grilled and ate several meals around patio table. Used the washer/dryer a couple times too. Super easy communication with owner. Would stay here again!

Check in was very easy. The host sent me a message 1-2 days before our arrival on the check-in process which was very easy to follow. The home is very beautiful, clean and well equipped for our stay. Towels were clean. Kitchen was very clean and well stocked with utensils, pots and pans. Beds were very comfortable. Location was excellent, right in there center of town. Recommend this place highly.

The most impressive thing about this house was how clean it was. The sheets were soft and there were plenty of towels. The teachers in the group appreciated the labeled kitchen cabinets. Was great place would stay there again

No-brainer for Zion - wonderful place!

The apartment was spacious and well equipped. We found everything we needed. It was also meticulously cleaned and the beds were very comfortable. And last but not least, the deck was great for relaxing after a day in the park. Would absolutely stay again!

Fantastic stay

The location was even better than it appeared online. Extremely clean, many amenities, very close to the Zion entrance, great food and art galleries. We loved spending the evenings on the private patio. We would absolutely stay here again if we needed three bedrooms, plus room to gather as a group.

This is the place.

Stop wasting your time trying to find and compare the best place to stay for the best value. I already did that for you. We had 6 adults and the stay was very accommodating. Everything was well stocked and clean! Great communication and enjoyed our stay. Location is right in town and walkable. Book this place, highly recommended.

Fantastic apartment in a perfect location!

Had a wonderful vacation with my family of 5. Location can’t be beat. Perfect for exploring Zion NP, day trips to Bryce Canyon NP, and beyond. Restaurants, cafes, outfitters in town were all easy to walk to. Will definitell stay here again in future

This property has it all!

It was spacious, modern, attractive, clean, quiet and well laid out. It had all the amenities we could possibly need, and then some. Its location couldn't have been better, smack dab in the middle of town. Our host texted several times to make sure we were making out all right. The entire family (all adults) felt comfortable, safe, and relaxed. I can't imagine a better place to stay in Springdale.

Zion

Location! Location! Location! If you travel to Zion and it’s not late fall or winter you need to get up very early for the few parking spaces , you can walk from town or take the shuttle. The apartment is by stop 5 which is very convenient or you could take the 20 minute walk into Zion Next to the apartment is a bike rental You are surrounded by restaurants. The apartment is much larger than we thought and it has an outdoor deck to eat and see the stars from. When we return I will try to stay at this aoartment

Great base for exploring Zion

Well furnished, well stocked kitchen, quiet and convenient to a stop on the Springdale shuttle system. Everything in good condition. Made for a delightful stay. Easy to get in and out and very nice parking. Was a great place to stay so close to Zion.
