"Ivan was very helpful, effective and prompt in communication, very quickly responded to all our questions. The location was in the very south of the city in a nice, safe and quite neighborhood of Calgary. There's a bus stop nearby as well as Sobeys grocery store (walk distance of 20 min). The location is excellent, with 3 parks within walking distance (including beautiful Nose Hill Park), and right across the street from the library and community aquatic/recreation center. "The suite has all the amenities you need and it is new and well taken care of. Perfect for what we needed for our one night stay. It is a little far out of Calgary however it worked for us and our plans! There is a great playground in the area. Nelson was a great host. "

"This property was just fine for our short night before flying out. Close to the airport! The listing did not mention it was an apartment in someone’s lower level. Again, fine, but not advertised. A parking spot was mentioned in the listing but driveway was full. "

"This place was a lovely surprise. It looked a little sketchy from the outside, but inside was very clean, with many nice touches - croissants, PBJ, a coffee grinder, great coffee maker, and all the appliances worked! There's lots of seating room, and the best TV I've seen in any kind of rental accommodation! We had one small issue (a blown breaker) that Kassa responded to right away.I'm happy to recommend this home!"
