"Close house that allowed me and my 2 brothers to enjoy the first evening of first four of NCAA basketball tournament. Park at house, walk to arena, and full kitchen and bath to enjoy the stay. "

"Tried to contact host 4 times leading up to our stay. No response. We never received a response or access to the home. VRBO advised me they were cancelling our stay 1 hour after we were supposed to check in. Our last resort was a below average hotel. Don’t take your chances on this one"

"Great stay very close to KI. Large rooms for kids and adults to game or watch movies. Ball diamond right across the street to practice in downtime. Nice showers, kitchen and large table so we can all sit together for meals. Best part is just a few minutes from KI for quick back and forth for little kid naps and breaks. We would stay again!! Only downside is narrow parking but not a game changer!"

"We were visiting our daughter & husband, and this accommodation was very convenient to them. The amenities were all first class: comfortable queen bed; thick plush towels; generous amount & quality of paper products; and more. Much nicer than some hotels we've stayed in. We would definitely stay here again."

"I have never been as comfortable at a VRBO than we were at Bear’s Rest. We live in North Carolina on a mountain, so we loved and appreciated the cabin feel and decor. Everything was top notch. The location was perfect, close proximity to our family, restaurants, and groceries but quiet and restful. We hope to be able to visit Bear’s Rest again!"

"This was the perfect house for our week-long stay. The host was responsive but not intrusive, the amenities were great, and the neighborhood is good. "

"This house was perfect for our family of 9! The only negative comment would be there were not enough dishes to serve the number of people the house can sleep, or enough cook ware to cook & serve a full dinner. The only oven cookware were cookie sheets. The kitchen is huge with so much potential & half of the cabinets were empty. Breakfast was the only meal we ate in the house because of it. After saying that we would use this house again & again! Everything else about it was perfect-great size,...

"There were 10 of us. The rooms were spacious and everyone could spread out in the house. We loved it! Peaceful and quiet area. "

"We were in town for a graduation. Great property for gathering with old friends and family. Convenient and very comfortable. Spotless and well stocked with necessities. We enjoyed the front porch, fire pit, card table, large dining table and very comfortable family room recliners. The off street parking was a bonus! Owner was very quick to respond to any questions. We will stay here again! "

"The house is very clean and comfortable. We had snacks and some beverages provided which came in handy. 15 minutes from the University of Dayton. My 92 year old father came and he could easily navigate around the house with his walker.The bathtubs are slippery though and can be challenging. My suggestion to Paschal is to please check that everything is working. The bedroom by the kitchen- the lamp does not work. And the fan remote in the living room was not functioning. "
