"This property was a working farm and we stayed 4 nights in a house over 100 years old. We had a large room on the 2nd floor and shared a bathroom with the other guests. We were welcomed by the owner and shown around the house where we could use the living room, kitchen and dining room. It was comfortable and welcoming. "Great location and house! Check in was easy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Water pressure upstairs was a little low but there is a shower downstairs. Could use a towel stand in the upstairs bathroom. AC vents sound like a shower running when blowing. I found it to be great white noise. No TVs in the bedrooms if you need one to sleep. Great stay-would recommend it and stay again. "

"I was looking for a comfortable place to stay with my son and his friends who were playing in a nearby volleyball tournament. The house was just as described and had everything we needed for cooking in, relaxing outside, and grilling. I was very pleasantly surprised with the neighborhood in Phoenixville. Bridge Street, a short walk from the house, is open to pedestrians only on weekend evenings and had lots of nice shops, restaurants, and live music. There are plenty of cafes all around the...

"We had a wonderful stay at the K9 cottage! The house was very homey, well-stocked, and the pups had a BLAST - the yard was perfect for them to wander without getting too far astray. The bed was outrageously comfortable. Bryan was a fabulous host and was very helpful, accommodating, and kind. Would definitely recommend! "
