"We loved this unique family friendly stay 30 min away from Penn State for our family with 5 kids! All the essentials were available at the church house (linens, towels, toiletries, paper products, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc). It was a very comfortable and homey. Megan was able to accommodate an early check-in for us and kind enough to leave some goodies for us upon arrival. She was always available to answer any questions we had. We loved the property and would stay here again. "

"This site is an absolute Jem!! Was there Oct31 to Nov3. was easy to park and the Barn was amazing!! Ben the host was accommodating and very helpful. The grounds were immaculate and the fire ring and chairs made for an amazing view of the night sky!! Not far from Penn State also. Lots of cool things locally. Eagle State park was awesome. This place is a no brainier for any one who has an RV. Our 27 foot travel trailer fit with a lot of room to spare. If you like quiet this is the spot. Also just...

"The description said sleeps 7 but unless one is sleeping on couch and one in recliner it only sleeps 5. Second bedroom has no door its just at top of stairs. Otherwise cute house with nice porches for porch sitting in warm weather. Rds to get there are very mountain side and narrow but if you want scenic views its perfect. "

"House is nice, however beds are hard and there are no shades on windows so be prepared to wake up early every morning with the sunlight coming in. Basketball has seen better days. Games in the house are not taken care of so bring your own. There is a very small stream of water in front of the house (so I would def not call it waterfront). The actual creek is 2 blocks away, right by penns creek campground. There is literally nothing to do in the area, be prepared to stay in and eat in because...
