"We loved staying at this cozy cottage nestled in a quiet neighborhood within a short walk to a public access beach. The house was stocked with basic toiletries and linens but the kitchen was fully stocked with spices, condiments and kitchen necessities. It was a quick drive to stores and restaurants. "Brief but fun stay to celebrate some family occasions. Brought daughter/s-i-l and their two littles. Set up in home was perfect for this type of group! I got some privacy upstairs and they could do their thing downstairs. We are old time residents and visitors to SL and GH so we know a good location when we find one and this worked out to be 100% right on for us. Great hosts and no issues. Thanks and we willBe back! "

"Girls trip to the Grand Haven area. Perfect location close to everything. Short drive to downtown Grand Haven and Lake Michigan. House is beautifully updated and clean. Comfortable beds. Plenty of space to spread out. Gorgeous views of Spring Lake. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Grand Haven!!"

"All aspects of this property met our expectations except for the bedroom situation. The property is listed as 5 bedrooms, but only one bedroom (new addition) has full walls. The other 4 bedrooms have open rafter ceiling which makes each room connected as far as noise is concerned. If you are traveling with other couples, this may not be advantageous. That being said, the location is great and the view from the deck is lovely. Jay is also a very gracious host. "

The futon/pullout was not really meant for sleeping. There were not linens for the futon or pillow cases for the extra pillows. The double bed did have pillowcases and sheets.
