My first time at Harrah’s Hotel Casino It was a horrible experienced!!! First I tried checking in at the kiosk and it said my room was not ready. I go to the front desk and speak with a staff Ashley and said I didn’t have a reservation and I mentioned I did it with Expedia! Finally she found my reservation, and asked if I wanted smoking or non smoking I said it didn’t matter at this point! I drove 4 hours and I was in need of getting a room for an important event. I ended up missing my event on the first night! It was so chaotic there! Ms. Black the assistant manager was being very dismissive and rude to the customers! So unprofessional! A huge argument erupted while I was being attended. I go to the room 5505 it was a two beds and it smelled so horrible smoke filled and dirty beds undone! I was disgusted!!! I go back to the front desk and asked to speak with the manager and Ms Black assistant manager said no! She said she is not changing my room! At this point it got very chaotic! The manager Adil finally came out to assist and put me in a one bed per room! When I paid for 2 beds! The manager Adil mentioned that he can tried and get me 2 beds the next day! Too tired to go back and traumatized! Every where was booked! I will never booked with Harrahs Casino hotel again! I need to be refunded for the stress it caused me and inconvenience! The poor customer service handled! The room difference price charged should be credited back to my card! There needs to be a resolution!
