"The housekeeping staff stood right outside my door Sunday morning at 8 am very loudly. Woke me up. I wasn’t sleeping very well so it seemed like I got zero sleep. Problem is when I complained, nothing changed. They stayed talking in the hallway for about 30 mins. Not normal for Hilton brand. "

"We were greeted at the front desk by a very friendly lady that was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The room was spacious and very clean. It had a kitchenette which came in handy. A full size refrigerator, dishwasher, sink and microwave. The coffee maker was fully stocked. We felt very safe and secure there. The breakfast had a wide choice of items from pancakes and sausage to cereals and fresh fruit. Would definitely recommend this hotel as everything was great!"

"The hotel was nice, but not up to the expected standards. There was only one elevator working, the breakfast was fair, the pillows were miniature, and the A/C was noisy. Theses are minor, I know, but somewhat agravating. The guest, (which was not your fault, were slaming doors until 2AM."

"The Oceaneer surprised us in many ways. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, and the property is exceptionally clean. The recent renovation gives the place a very modern feel. They did an excellent job transforming the old motel rooms into cozy, contemporary spaces with a nicely updated bathroom and shower. My biggest impact was made by the amazing staff at check in. The lady up front had the most inviting personality. She made us feel welcome immediately.
