Very comfortable. Good location - kayaking a few minutes takes you to the sandbar. Nice touches including snacks, game room, kayaks, golf cart etc.

We stayed at this property with another family for a total of 4 adults and 6 kids. The kids ranged in age from 6 to 15 years old. It was really great having an adult space on the 2nd floor with the 2 bedrooms and a kid zone on the bottom floor with another 2 bedrooms and games. The kids loved fishing off the dock of the house (rods provided) and caught a lot of fish, though all too small to keep. Make sure to pick up some shrimp bait! The kitchen was stocked with coffee, milk, spices, and a welcome basket. The furniture was in good shape and it looked like parts of the house had just been remodeled. The house is within kayaking distance to Hernando Beach Tropical Grille and just a few minutes drive to other popular restaurants like Lazy Lizard. We were just 15 minutes from Weeki Wachee Park. We enjoyed eating meals outside on the balcony off the kitchen. There were a couple areas that could have been cleaner, but the owner was very open to hearing feedback so I am sure that will be addressed. He was also very accommodating during the reservation process. We were there for a quick Friday to Sunday visit. The larger queen bedroom has a walk-in closet and is a good size room. Some of the other rooms were a little tight, depending on if you wanted to open dressers or how many people were in the room, but for a short weekend stay, it worked well. This was our first trip to the area and we found the perfect house to balance our weekend of activity and R&R.

Weekend getaway with friends at the Weekie Wachee State Park. Residence was a short drive. This house was very clean with more than normal accommodations. Friendly neighborhood with a relaxing backyard to float in the water and watch the sun set. Great place to relax and recharge from a busy lifestyle. Highly recommended if you are visiting the Hernando Beach area.

Beautiful Home

The home was very comfortable; everything in good working order, including AC, hot water, etc. The kitchen included everything we needed. The only issue was that the grass had not been mowed. We had a great time in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty to do nearby. We spent our trip scalloping, boating, kayaking and swimming in the canal, and visiting Weeki Wachee. When the kids needed some downtime, they enjoyed the arcade games and air hockey table. The hosts were very considerate, left welcome snacks and made the whole process easy. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed—bathroom essentials, kitchen supplies, and even extra treats for the kids. The kayaks were a huge bonus and made for great adventures. We had an exceptional time and look forward to coming back next year!
