You are renting the ENTIRE property at Seascape, a spectacular home with expansive water views, heated pool, and instant access to the Gulf. 4BRs, 3 baths + living + family + dining + 2 kitchens + heated pool + simple gym + screened patios + 1 boat dock + large deck by water + Laundry room. Escape to kayaking, scalloping, fishing , pool and Florida sunshine all at Seascape! 5 mins to Weeki Wachee, 1 hr to Tampa, 2 hrs to Disney, minutes to restaurants, boat rentals, Walmart....

DISCLAIMER: Video/audio cameras are set for out door entrances, patio doors including pool/jacuzzi areas, driveway, and inside gym/garage. No cameras inside of the house.

BEDDINGS & ROOMS AT SEASCAPE:

The Seascape house has 3 levels and 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own full-size closet and at least one small desk. Altogether, Seascape has 3 king size beds (sleeps 6), two bunk beds (sleeps 6). In addition, we have two small twin-size futons, one in living room and one on top floor master bedroom. So up to 12 guests could sleep in Seascape! Here are the details:

The Master Bedroom is all by itself on the top floor. It has a king size bed (sleeps 2), and a 14”-tall twin-size futon sofa, that can be lay flat as a small bed (33”x66”x14”H, good for a person under 5’5”). The room also has a baby crib which comes with changing stations and drawers. Its master bath has a standing shower and a 1-person indoor jacuzzi. Master Bedroom has a private screen patio, that over looks the Gulf and the pool

The Middle Floor has two bedrooms and 1 full bath. Bedroom 1 is by the pool and it has a king size bed (sleeps 2) and walks out to screened patio. Bedroom 2 has two sets of bunker beds with two full beds on the bottom and two twin beds on the top (sleeps 6!). There is a 3-seater sofa and 2-seater love seat sofa in the living room. These sofas can open up and be quite spacious for a nap. The living room has a futon that can open up as a small twin bed (33”x66”x14”H, good for a person under 5’5”). The middle floor has one full bath with a bathtub. There is also a vanity with mirror in the laundry room for washing and brushing teeth etc. The main kitchen, breakfast area and formal dining room are on the middle floor. There are also two screened patios and one outdoor patios (to get tan) on this floor.

Bottom floor has one bedroom and one bath and a sitting room. Bedroom has a king bed (sleeps 2). This bedroom is situated next to the outdoor jacuzzi! Sitting room has a L-shape sofa, which can be converted into a king-size bed (sleeps 2). There is a 5-foot-tall folding divider that hides the bed from the pool kitchen open space. There is a full bath with a standing shower (no bath tub) on the 1st floor. The bathroom is one step above the rest of the floor.

Sofas/futons are set up for sitting by default. But their beddings are provided in the nearest bedroom closet. If you wish us to set up sofa as a bed prior your arrival, do please let us know.

HANDICAP ACCESS
The Seascape House can be arranged for handicap guest by activating its elevator. There is a one-time $30 elevator set up fee.

WHEELCHAIR GUEST STAY:
1st floor unit is on ground level and has double French door access. But its bathroom is 9” higher than the rest of the floor. 2nd floor is assessable via elevator and its bedrooms and bathroom door is 29” wide. Top floor is accessible via elevator and has doors for 35”+ wide.
Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire house. Pool maintenance personnel comes to the house one to two times a week. Lawn personal comes once a week. But they do not need to access inside of the house nor garages.

ADDTIONAL FEES
- Pool heating is additional $30/day upon guest request. Pool heater is usually on between 10am - 6pm when pump is on to keep pool water around 78 degrees or above. If you are staying between November and March, you may need pool heater.
-There is a $25 per guest per night fee when there are more than 8 guests.
- Guests are to keep kitchen equipments clean to avoid extra cleaning fees.
- We charge $30/each to replace missing towels or pillows.
- IF your booking is one nights, there is an extra sur-charge of $100 additional due prior getting access information. Trash picked up.It's on monday mornings and thursday mornings.Please put out the night before.Thank you
