First and foremost hosts were extremely hospitable, kept to themselves didn't even know they were there unless we needed something, they would appear and offer anything we needed at the right time. Room was neat and tidy very clean very cozy warm colors brand new bedding, amenities were perfect, nice and cool, great Ac and fan, TV has every channel you could think of, the bathroom was just right, roomy full bath with private entry which made it perfect for us.We highly recommend this spot if you're in the Spring Hill , Weeki Wachee area, also you're a stones throw away from Weeki Wachee Park and shops, Lakewood Plaza, banking Etc, perfect location easy to navigate the area.Definitely worth our money we are eager to set plans in the future to come back and visit. Hands down five stars!

Excellent effort from the host to provide the best service. But details like the lack of a chair , a mini fridge for drinks or a coffee maker made the place uncomfortable and unfitted for a good rest. Also , according to the listing details breakfast and WiFi were included, I never received information about the access to either of them . Another point to mention is the access to the unit . Entrance is on the rear of the house and the way around the house is extremely dark at night and there is no side walk which under rainy conditions will make this dirt muddy and probably dangerous for somebody walking on the dark .

Firstly the parking was not as shown with a designated spot on the driveway for guest. My back of my car was almost on the street at there were four cars already on the driveway and not sure if they worked then there was a boat on the side of the driveway where the description showed additional parking. Lighting in front going in at night was dark as you had to go around the back to access the private entrance. As per one of the previous review, there is no way and I mean no way a family can stay in that room which in my humble view hardly holds the bed which is not a queen size. There was no fridge so I had to get ice and cooler for my medication or microwave. I have videos and pictures of what the property actually looks like. For security only the turn knob could be locked from the outside when leaving as the key did not work on the deadbolt. When I called bro telling the agent that I wanted to cancel as I did not feel safe when I got there and saw what it looked like I was told that if they canceled it I would lose the money I had paid. I know I had a choice and could have left but stayed as my wife was tired from traveling five hours to get there and probably would have cost more trying to find something else in the area. It is sad when a company puts profit over one’s safety. Would I recommend vrbo or this property, no I would not.
