Situated just steps from Rock Island Bay and only a short stroll from the public beach at Alfred McKethan Pine Island Park, this coastal cottage offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Indulge your inner beach bum with hours of endless sun-soaked leisure at the beach or head out to discover the splendors of the Florida Gulf Coast with plenty of off-and-onshore fishing opportunities, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, and bird watching. The famous Weeki Wachee Springs State Park is only six miles from home. After the day's adventures, end your day back at home with a nightcap on the private balcony.



A stainless steel full kitchen, central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer ensure complete modern comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

The house worked very well for us. We wanted to just hang out on the beach or fish and you can you do both activities very easily. The beach is a short walk away and there is also a neat park for kids to play in near the beach. Very nice place to vacation.

Place was perfect and located a block from the beach. Was disappointed in arriving and finding one roll of toilet paper and no extra, no bedding for the couch beds- kids slept with towels. no trash bags, and trash can outside was half full. We stayed a week. Kids enjoyed fishing out the back. Peaceful area. Good neighborhood. Nice house and again we all had a blast at the beach! Just suggestion on stocking the place a little better for your long term guests.
