"We came to town to watch Luther softball. We had a great two nights and have enjoyed the Nest on previous trips as well. We enjoy having the ability to use a kitchen, the sitting area is large enough to watch a movie with friends and the rental is always clean. We had to cancel this room this fall for Homecoming and the owner was able to move the reservation to this weekend. We found that very accommodating for us and really appreciated it."

"The owners made check-in/out very easy, were friendly and even left some cookies for us. We had a great stay at this very lovely home!"

"We came up for the weekend for our fanily reunion . The house is old & smells like an old house, which isn't a bad thing. The house was clean & tidy. We couldn't find the hot tub,but it was all good. We didn't spend much time at the house, except for sleeping & watching tv in the evening. Thank you for a pleasant stay."

"Location and home were excellent, however it needs much better lighting in the living room. We all used our headlamps to read!Overhead cams in the kitchen were burned out as well. We had to run out early Saturday morning to buy toilet paper. Porch furniture needed to be cleaned. We washed the table and chairs so we could use them. "

"Great place to relax and enjoy the views, plenty to do within a 30 minute radius. If all you’re looking for is to relax at the property, you can definitely do that: bird watching, hot tub, fire pit, spend time on the large overlooking porch (we ate every meal out there). "We enjoyed the serenity of the property. A quiet place for 2 old friends to catch up. The house was very comfortable, everything seemed brand new & it was sparkling clean. Convenient location for everything we wanted to do. Would suggest adding a railing to the boat dock for safety. "

"Good property and everyone had an enjoyable stay. Wasn't completely clean when we arrived but the host had messaged us the day of that there had been a huge mess left by the previous guests and the cleaners might have missed some things so it was forgivable. "

"Perfect. House and game room were amazing. Host very friendly and informative. Great location within 30 minutes of Niagra cave and many beautiful hiking trails with a couple waterfalls. Wonderful stay...highly recommended for family time. "
