"It's a pretty setting and the room was clean. They seemd a little short staffed and, although the food was good, the tables were dirty and (bizarrely) the host told us the half empty restuarant was 'fully booked'. When we saw many empty tables, we asked the bar tender if it would be possible to order food and he was happy to oblige! Also, the lighting in our room was broken, the only way to have light was to keep the harsh overhead light on. The receptionist promised to send a service person but...

"Sadly we stayed only for one night, the room was comfortable, clean and not much noise. Friendly staff and there is a bar- restaurant with plenty of choises, what we tried for dinner was good and breakfast was also nice.

There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room but free tea and coffee in the bar for members and it actually got you out of bed and up so this wasn’t an issue!
