Very disappointed
I stayed here over a long weekend with my teen and adult daughter. I had a lot of remote work to get done and my daughter needed to catchup on online classes so thought this apartment with a live work space would be perfect. It was clean and very moderately furnished (almost enough cooking utensils. Lots of almost like it had measureing cups but no measuring spoons, and a caddy with lots of herbs and spices but no basic salt and pepper. The coffee pot was not working properly, which was a disappointment. There was also eucalyptus tied to the shower head that got caught in our hair every time we used the shower. Weird, but not the worst experience ever. There were two pretty significant problems however, the “Japanese” style bed that was supposed to push under the closit unit during the day was broken and we had to drag he bed out.by hand every night which was not great on my shoulder. Additionally, we rented the apartment for 3 people and it clearly states there’s a sofa bed option (it’s a little small, but fortunately one of my daughters is short) however the apartment only came with one set of sheets and 1 blanket! We messaged to e host multiple times about this and other things we had questions with and NEVER received a response. We still got a probably cut and paste message about how to check in and asking us to reach out if we needed anything but that was obviously a lie because we did need something and we did reach out and you still haven’t responded.
