WiFi and video steaming available on both of the 65" and 55" smart TVs. Highchair and playpen provided for those traveling with little ones.

The Space:
Kick back and relax in this beautiful, newly constructed, two bedroom, one bathroom apartment. Tucked in a quiet neighborhood of the Spokane Valley you will find all the amenities of home waiting for you here. With a fully stocked kitchen we have made cooking and eating in a delight. Centrally nestled between downtown Spokane and Coeur D'Alene Idaho there are endless opportunities for outdoor recreation, dining out, site seeing, and enjoying our beautiful gem of a city. Don't feel like going out? Enjoy a night in with our 65" living room TV and the warm ambiance of the electric fireplace. Whether you are traveling for business or an escape from the daily grind this warm and cozy apartment is a perfect fit. BOOK NOW!

Guest Access:
Free parking is available at the complex but is first come, first serve. Additional parking is available on the street in front of the complex.

Other Things to Note:
We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term rentals.

The owners are awesome and helpful. Their response time is amazing if you need anything and they offer their help at any time. The apartment is clean and quite spacious for my husband and I. This is our second time staying here and we would stay here again.

Sweet and cozy

Great communication with the host, had everything that we needed, well stocked kitchen as far as utensils and ancillary items go. Never had a problem finding parking and it was nice and close to a couple of parks and trails.

I was a bit taken aback when I read it was an apartment, but it was nicer than any apartment I have ever had! Quiet, good neighborhood, with all the amenities. Amazing communication!

This was a great, nicely decorated place that had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, and it had plenty of space. The hosts were communicative and responsive! Highly recommend!

Easy access & quite

In Spokane with another dad for our daughter's volleyball weekend tournament. The apartment was clean, relaxing and quiet. Location was fine as it allowed access to downtown in 15 min or so and access to some fishing lakes for me in the early mornings. Worked out great!

Everything you need and very, very clean!

This is a spotlessly clean and quiet apartment in an area that is conveniently located between Spokane and Coeur d’Alene. The property is in an older building, but the interior has been completely redone and is thoughtfully decorated and well equipped (beautiful dishes!) – a cut above what is usually found in vacation rentals. Communication with the hosts was excellent. The only thing that might be a negative for some is that it’s a second-floor walk-up apartment, so this is not a good option for people who have trouble with stairs. I would definitely stay here again.

What a nice place. The place was super clean, new looking, great supplies, nice TVs, and quiet. The hosts were super attentive and made this so easy! Thank you! I stayed for a week, starting a new job and it made me feel good to have this refuge. No hitches with anything.
