Relax in the new 6 person hot tub, then cozy up next to the gas fireplace with a cup of coffee or tea. You'll have fun with the indoor basketball arcade or enjoying a movie on the two Roku's. Also, enjoy blazing fast Wifi, in this warm and inviting well stocked retreat. All new high end furniture/mattresses in this home with many updates. Quiet, safe, & nice area.

This two-level home has vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light. We decorated to give the home a sense of warmth and peace. We added fun amenities because FUN is the best way to build connections. There are gas fireplaces to keep you cozy and add ambiance on each floor. The backyard has a beautiful mix of trees that offer privacy.

-3 bedrooms/ 2 bath on the top floor- 1 bed/1bath on the bottom floor.
-The master has a full bath, luggage rack, and 42 inch Roku.
-Two bedrooms have king sized beds
-Upstairs bedroom has a designated working space with a desk & printer
-Downstairs bedroom has a sitting area
-Extra blankets and pillows in each bedroom
-Brand new, top rated mattresses in each room
-Twin sofa bed in the upstairs living room

-Drip coffee maker, electric kettle and a single serving Keurig
-Keurig cups provided as well as a tea bag assortment, stevia, raw sugar, and plain cream cups

Enjoy the entire home, garage and yard.

Area of homes built in 1990 and on. Very friendly, peaceful and quiet street. Very close to grocery and dining. Close to Long Lake and Riverside State park.

Sofa Bed: This is the greenish loveseat in the upstairs living room. It would be fine for an adult or child. Please use two people to move this close to the railing. It can then be turned into a bed without having to move any other furniture. Clean sheets are on it and extra bedding and pillows can be used from the bedroom closets. Please leave it out if used so we know to get it ready for the next guests.

Extra Optional twin beds: There are two twin mattresses in the storage room along with two tubs full of complete bedding. This could be set up in the media room and would be ideal for kids. I do not recommend adults sleep on these as they are lightweight mattresses.

TV: You can enjoy Roku Premiere tv; Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime and other streaming options will be available with your own sign in accounts. HDMI cords are also provided to connect to your devices.

A Pack and Play crib, and portable hi-chair are available in the basement under-the-stairs storage. You must provide your own bedding for the crib.

Children 2 and over will be included in guest count. Maximum of 11 guests. Rates are based upon occupancy. Failure to report accurate guest count at the time of booking will result in extra fees.

Family Trip

Great for our family get together visiting our son at Whitworth. Perfect location and easy to get to campus. House was well stocked, comfortable beds, and had everything we needed. Jacuzzi was fantastic! Thanks so much for a great stay!

Very Clean Home Perfect for Family Weekend

The owners of the property are wonderful and respond to questions promptly. The home is exactly as pictured on the website and is exceptionally clean. The kitchen is very well stocked with beautiful tableware and glassware. We were with family and a small number of friends for a graduation weekend, and everything went smoothly. The home is in an area of newer built homes and feels very safe. I definitely would stay here again!

Graduation Stay

We had university commencement activites, so this was a great option for our family and grandparents to stay in one place. Property was as advertised, great amenities, everything was well maintained and worked. Well appointed kitchen for meals, coffee etc and adequate seating. Great location and nice yard and deck.

Wish I could give 10 stars.

The even provided a first aid kid, a selection of teas, and there was a nice little snack basket with a bottle of water and some chips. Oh, and a Brita water filter so we didn't have to buy a case of bottled water. The rooms were nicely decorated, with special little touches that made it feel so homey. There were games and toys for little kids, nice new appliances, they even provided laundry soap. There were just 3 of us staying but they gave us permission to have our oldest daughter who we were visiting bring her large family over to hang out. There was plenty of space, and the family room was perfect for kids to be kids. The big bean bag chairs were so comfy, and so was the recliner couch. Gas fireplace downstairs and in the living room. I'm not into hot tubs, but my husband and kids really liked it. The back yard is huge, but we didn't get to enjoy it due to snow. Nice big deck with a BBQ. There's a basketball hoop in the driveway, and they provided BB balls, footballs and soccer balls. The location is great too. Very safe. Safeway and Starbucks a block away, plus a few small restaurants. And only about 6 miles from the NW Division area where there's shopping and major restaurants. And a very easy drive from I90. Just a few tips - the main bedroom bed is firm which was fine for us, but not if you like a soft bed. There are a few free channels but no regular TV. If you want Netflix or something like that you need to use your own login. We will definitely be back.

House & neighborhood & near-by places to go were as advertised. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is reasonably stocked for cooking & baking. Hot tub was hot. Enjoyed our stay.

Super Home - easy access for the elderly

We are a group of family members who came to Spokane for a weeding. Age range 40-90. One of our party could not climb stairs so the 1st floor was perfect - even has a sitting room and TV. Everyone else had comfortable rooms upstairs. WiFi signal was strong. Kitchen had the essentials. Owners communicated well and answered questions promptly.

Dwight Merkel Tournament Stay

Such a wonderful home, in a great location. Upon arriving we where in comfort, kids had their area downstairs and parents had their area upstairs. Outside was peaceful and super nice to relax in after a long day of sports. Property managers where responsive and interested in making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We will be looking here again, if we are back at this tournament next year!

Great stay

Nice house with plenty of room and nice amenities. Hot Tub was great. Nice yard and great setup. Not a complaint but there are 2 living rooms and the one upstairs has no TV. And only the master has a Tv in bedrooms. Just an fyi in case that matters. A little far out from downtown/ northside but location was still safe and nice. Just got to know a new area. Owners were great and accommodated too.
