"The receptionist was lovely, very helpful and welcoming. Beautiful room, great facilities, Nespresso machine (an essential for caffeine addicts like me!), strong hans gröher shower, Molton Brown toiletries, big TV, lots of mirrors, effective air conditioning and right in the centre of Leeds. "Ideally situated just a short stroll to the shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is beautiful. I got an upgrade to a suite, such a treat, it was just a shame that I didn’t have more time to make the most of it. I’ll definitely return next time I’m up in Leeds. "
