The open concept living space encompasses the kitchen, living room and dining area with tasteful chandelier. Living room, comfortable sofa that is a great place to relax with a smart flat-screen TV (146 cm) with satellite TV , Netflix and Playstation 4. In case you are not the fan of TV, you can just relax for after dinner conversation.

Next to the pool there is a children's park, a billiard table,trampoline and sauna.
For BBQ fans, BBQ is located just next to the pool area. In addition, yes it is a perfect for outdoor dinner on warm summer nights.
The villa and the garden with all amenities are available only for our guests.
Everything is up to You. We'd really like to meet You and your family and friends, hand over the keys, share some inside information about our destination and direct You to the local must sees and must tries.
But, if You wish full privacy and tranquility during your stay - the whole concept of the house is designed to be intuitive and simple to use.

We take great care of our property but we expect guests to tell us if anything is not working properly and we will PROMPTLY respond & repair.
Villa is located a bit uphill so car is recommended.
We are not in the center of town.

Villa is located in quiet and peaceful neighborhood
The villa is located in an excellent quite place just 15km away from town Split and 10km away from town Omis. Beautiful sandy and pebble beaches are only 10 minutes away. Numerous interesting, historical and natural amenities and activities for you to see and experience, such as: Diocletian's Split tour or pirate's nights in town Omis, traditional meal in Radman's mills restaurant, rafting, canyoning, zip- line on Cetina river, boat trip to island Brac or Hvar and many many more..Sky observatory center on the mountain Mosor is 6km away from house. Nearest shop is 1km away, bus station 500m, airport Split is 32km away and highway exit Dugopolje is 30km away from the villa.
Public transportation is available but it is better to have private car.
