Room has its own private bathroom and cute loggia with table and chairs that's free to use.

It's air-conditioned, has a fridge and three cozy single beds.

It's two minutes walking to the Split west seafront and six minutes to the center, famous Diocletian's Palace and Prokrative square.

Smoking is not allowed in the room.

It's also not suitable for pets, sorry.

We expect normal house behaviour - please watch out not to break anything, leave the room tidy and don't make noise to other people in the house.

Also please don't forget to enjoy your stay here!

Check in time is 14:00 (2 p.m.), check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.


**** Guest access:

You will have exclusive access to the room.

House has a public yard and little wall where you can sit, relax, drink and talk which all guests loved.

In the street where the house is located there is always a free parking place.


**** The Neighbourhood:

Room is located in the center of Split, in quiet and safe Meje neighbourhood.

The city part where the room is located is within walking range of virtually everything worth visiting in Split: restaurants, coffee bars, green market, fish market, shops, tourist bureau, famous city seafront... all within 1 to 10 minutes walking.

Popular Split beaches Zvoncac, Jezinac and Obojene Svjetlost are within 5-15 minutes walking.


**** Getting around:

Bus station is 50m from the room.

Ferry port, train, taxi and regional bus station are all within 15 minutes walking.

Stay from 8th to 12th of July (4 nights) is mandatory.

Please do not make reservation for less than that.

You are welcome to come earlier or stay later than those dates.

UMF is held at Park Mladezi stadium, 20 min walking from the room.
