"I have stayed here before and in general it is a very clean well run property. This particular trip the room was below average and I did not receive any housekeeping services during my 5 day stay. It was Race weekend and the hotel was packed. I checked in late and received the last room that they had which was a first floor accessible room. It was in a very loud location and the bathroom while very accommodating for a wheelchair, etc. was in need of updating. The staff at the front desk was...
