"This hotel was great! From check in to departure, the staff were friendly and helpful. They offered to upgrade our room, just because. The rooms were very nice, clean and comfy. The area around the hotel was nice and there is plenty to do within walking distance.The only negative thing I would mention related to the property is that I would never eat at the restaurant connected with the hotel again. When we arrived, they put us at a table at the entry that had two floor vents shooting cold air...

"Great front desk staff. Brought robes quickly as none were in room. Great location. A bit of a trek to the pools and would be lovely if there was some quiet hours in one if the pools. Delicious cinnamon buns from the bakery! "

"My wife and I stayed here for her birthday. The Otter team went above and beyond to make it special. The hotel is really nicely designed, and everything is clean and fresh. "The room was great. The only issue with the room, was the only place to sit in the room was the bed. The internet was not great, but functional. The room advertised a pool and a hot tub, but they were actually across the street at a different property. "

"The lodge was nice , with clean and comfortable rooms There were many nice places to see within walking distance. The staff was friendly. I would consider staying there again."
