"Room was clean and well kept. The shower was kind of tricky to use and water sprays everywhere. Our room had a view of the castle which we loved. The elevator is a single elevator and very claustrophobic. Otherwise you have to climb a lot of stairs to the attic. They have air fresheners that are plugged into the wall and are extremely over powering. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was fantastic."

"One of the worst hotels I've ever booked. We received check in instructions via email while we were on our flight to Edinburgh. Upon arrival we had no idea how to get into the building. We tried calling with no success (although this was probably user error given I've never tried calling an international number). Other guests finally came out, let us into the building and told us to check our email for the checkin instructions. We were in a room on the 2nd floor and had to lug our bags up 4 or...
