Loved this little villa. Perfect for an ‘immersive’ stay on the golf course. Very comfortable, very clean and had everything we needed. Host was very helpful and responsive to questions. Definitely recommend.

The location on the golf course was very peaceful and quiet. Deer were seen near the back porch on several nights. We enjoyed out stay and hope to come back.

My golf buddies and I attended an instruction camp on this property and having this perfect place on sight was a huge component of an incredible experience. We will book this place regularly as it exceeded expectations.

Everything was great! We had a lovely weekend getaway in the hill country and enjoyed seeing all of the deer on the lawn. Beautiful location. Well appointed pantry. Soaps smelled great. We loved the two sizes of ice in the freezer. Beds were very comfortable. All around a very nice place. Safe and secure community. Thank you!

Stayed at this property while attending Academy of Golf Dynamics.Home was clean, well stocked and walking distance to restaurant and pro shop. Quiet neighborhood and would definitely go back again

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Everything was very comfortable and we loved the decor! The communication was also 5 stars. All the comforts of home including a great mattress!! Relaxing location, great patio and views. We will return!

Great place to visit

Wonderful cottage located right on the beautiful golf coarse in a lovely peaceful gated community. Communication with the owner was easy and the home clean, comfortable and enjoyed by all. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

You will love it

Convenient to the wedding venue Blissful Hill. House is super clean, well appointed, beautiful view of the golf course. Lots of wildlife nearby.

Girls trip, no golf

This was the perfect place to retreat with the girlies. The host was very communicative. The house was laid out and stocked with towels and all the things needed to cook.

Hung out at the house most of the time. Went to Fredericksburg to Trade Days. Ate at Opies which was excellent. Had to leave a day early due to husband’s health.

Amazing home and host

This home is impeccable. Kim thought of everything any renter would need for an enjoyable stay. The home is absolutely beautiful and has all the comforts you desire. The bedding was heavenly! Kim was also super helpful and quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend this rental for anyone visiting Spicewood.
