Great For Large Group or Secluded Wedding Venue! Near Spicer Lakes & Activities!

This spacious secluded home is conveniently located in the middle of the Spicer/New London lakes area. Close enough for all the activities offered; yet a truly peaceful getaway on its own wooded four acres filled with wildlife!

Six spacious bedrooms and three large bathrooms on the upper level can accommodate groups large or small. The master suite provides a large jetted tub, a large steam shower, a kitchenette (microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker), his and her vanities, and a private balcony. The laundry room is also conveniently located on the upper floor. Two other upper floor baths feature his and her vanities separated from the shower/stool areas.

The main floor boasts an open layout that centers around a kitchen designed for entertaining. The main floor also features two dining areas, a sunroom, mud room/computer area, powder room bathroom and an executive office. It is finished with hardwood maple flooring, knotty alder cabinetry, granite countertops throughout, and a natural cut stone gas fireplace and kitchen.

The 3 1/2 stall garage can be used for parking or play. Bring your bikes-the Glacial Ridge State Trail is only blocks away. This large garage can also double as a dining hall for larger groups or as an entertainment area.

The New London/Spicer area is well known for its summer fun. We are located less than 1/2 mile from the Nest Lake public water access, and less than 1 mile from the Green Lake public water access. The areas premier 27 hole public golf course, Little Crow Country Club is less than 2 miles from the property.


This casual luxury home is perfect for reunions, wedding party accommodations, or just a quiet getaway.

Celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with our children and grandkids.

Beautiful house in a private setting with lots of space for our family of eleven. The kitchen and pantry were equipped with everything we needed for cooking and dining space had room for all of us. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were stocked with lots of towels and toiletries. During our stay the weather was hot and humid but the air conditioning in the house was very comfortable and the space in the garage came in handy for games. The backyard was the perfect location for family photos. Jana, our host, was always accessible before, during and after our stay. I highly recommend this rental for large groups. We also enjoyed Green Lake for boating and the area golf courses for some family fun also.

Amazing House

We had 17 people in our friend group, there was plenty of space for everyone! Never once did we feel crammed in the house. The house is way bigger than what it looks like in pictures!

Colorado Washington reunite in MN

The house was a really comfortable size for a group of 13. 3 couples and the others were early 20’s children. Everyone was able to sleep in beds without requiring 20 year old siblings to share beds. Great Kitchen that we used primarily as a gathering spot but groups that would want to cook in house certainly would not be disappointed. Highly recommended the place for a large group stay!

Wedding in backyard

This was the perfect location for a small backyard wedding, we could have done without the 8" of rain the couple of days before hand but Mother Nature is to blame for that, we were still able to have our wedding outdoors! Thanks Jana for all the local recommendations! It was a beautiful weekend!!

Spacious with a cozy feel

This house was perfect for our family and friends weekend getaway. It was very spacious but had a cozy feel with the surroinding woods. We loved the large deck off of the kitchen, and the huge dining room tabel was great for family games and meals. Bonus was the garage and extra fridge-my young daughter couldnt get enough of the "game area". Thanks for sharing your home.

Weekend trip with other family friends

This home far exceeded our expectations! The photos don't allow to see how large and beautiful it really is. We had 5 families coming and going and it never felt.crowded. The master bedroom is huge and the big steam shower was amazing. The garage space was a big bonus for us with such a wide variety of ages . The teens used the Foosball and ping pong a lot, and the younger ones enjoyed the cozy coupe car. Our whole stay was so enjoyable, Jana was a pleasure to communicate with, and I can't think of any complaints!There is no shampoo or tissues so we'll remember that next time. And we do hope to be back!complaints.

Loved it!!

We so enjoyed our stay here! The house was spacious yet cozy. Our group loved the large dining room where we could gather for meals. Everything was provided - the kitchen and pantry were so well stocked. Bedrooms were comfortable - we appreciated each having our own bed. Jana was an excellent host! We hope to come back again!!

Girls Getaway Weekend (GGW)
