"The home was clean and well equipped. The host was very considerate with a stocked coffee bar, plenty of towels and linens, and cleaning products. She even had chilled sodas and water for us with bottled waters at our bedsides. The home is small but perfect for our family of three. The host was always quick to respond to any messages we shared. Travel time to Indy was about 45 mins. Small town businesses in the area were convenient. Quiet neighborhood. Nothing fancy but met our needs...

"This is our second time staying at this house. It is a spacious, clean home and we enjoyed our stay. Jon and Ashlee are very communicative and respond very quickly when anything is needed. The only qualms we had were, we wished there were more outlets to charge phones near the bed and we wished the driveway had an incline at the entrance, as it felt like you were driving up onto the sidewalk when entering. "A small but charming 1 bedroom apartment with a living room, kitchen and bathroom. The furniture, especially the bed, was very comfortable. The kitchen came stocked with some supplies, including coffee pods for the Keurig machine. It was very helpful that there was a washer/dryer with detergent. Off-street parking was not available but there was always a spot on the street out in front. We enjoyed our stay."
