What a wonderful place to spend a couple days with family!! So many places to gather and just talk, play games and /or cards inside and out!! Then there is the fabulous outside area. Tons of seating on the decks and porches. WOW It is honestly the best VRBO weve ever stayed at !!

We used this property to host a small Church retreat. Everything was wonderful and this would be a great place to stay for your group. The only possible downside is the distance from Tulsa if you are wanting to do activities or order food, but this did not take away from the stay at all.

Our family had a great time at this vacation rental! It was the perfect blend of comfort, practicality and style. We loved all the places to gather as a family. We often ate outdoors on the beautiful porches. Indoors, we enjoyed playing games at the tables and gathering in the large family area. The children thoroughly enjoyed the tree house and spent many hours playing there. They also took advantage of the expansive yard to run and play games and the ping pong table in the garage was a big hit! Also, the family loved spending time in the hot tub. The kitchen was very well stocked which was helpful, as we cooked our meals each night. The master bedroom area provides a separate space that feels quiet and private. We visited the Gathering Place Park about 30 minutes away. It's probably the best park that I have been to. And Kerry was the perfect host! She was always quick to respond to any question or concern and was very enjoyable to work with! I highly recommend this property!

This home met all of expectations and more! We had 8 adults and one child. One downer in most homes is that there is never enough seating in the living area. This home provides plenty of seating and is so cozy. Another downer in most homes is that “a fully stocked kitchen” is generally lacking if you plan to fix meals while you are there. Wow this kitchen had it all! Fixing meals is a necessity for us as several in our group have special diets that most restaurants don’t cater to and we can’t risk it. The owners have taken the time to organize everything and they provide helpful lists to explain so many things that you really need to know. The outside grounds are just beautiful. We had coffee on the porch each morning and just soaked in the peaceful surroundings. We had a little situation arise and contacted the hosts. They were incredibly responsive and so helpful. They really went above and beyond and were just amazing. Lastly, this home is so close to so many great things to do! If you are willing to drive 15-45 minutes you will find just about anything you could want! However, this home has so many fun things to do you might not want to leave at all! We wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to stay here again!

We came to Tulsa from Colorado for our Granddaughter’s wedding. The home was just as described and well maintained. The house was clean and very comfortable. We had everything that we needed for our stay. The owner’s were wonderful and communicated everything we needed to know. We highly recommend this beautiful property. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises!

Kerry was super quick & responsive to all my emails and exceptionally accommodating to me and my family. She allowed and arranged for us to be able to check-in early as we were flying in from all over the country at different times to attend my uncle's funeral services. Kerry was very understanding of our situation and even offered late check-out as well (which we didn't need). Unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy the property properly under our circumstances for the stay and it mostly rained while we were there, but the property more than met our expectations. There was a nice welcome note and treats when we arrived. It had everything we needed to get through our stay. Plenty of sleeping accommodations and bathrooms for our party of 15. Kerry was an exceptional hosts. Should we find ourselves back in that part of the country, we'd stay there again. Thank you for not only accommodating our needs, but also for being compassionate & understanding of our circumstances, Kerry!

The home is beautiful and perfect for a large family. Kelly, our host was amazing and provided personal touches for just what we needed. I have stayed at multiple vrbos and this has been ny far the best! She left plenty of instructions which we needed. My family is spread across the country and wanted to spend the weekend together. Well this house was perfect for us to do so. It is a beautiful house and out of town so it was great to just spend time together. It was clean and well stocked. Kerry was very responsive and helpful. I hate to leave this review because then others will want to stay here. This was the BEST house and hostess that I've ever come across. The house is beyond beautiful and clean. Everything you can imagine that you'll need, is already there. Kerry did not miss anything. It was more like staying at a family friend's house than staying at someone's business property. She is so hospitable and accommodating and super nice. I will definitely be returning--so don't take my dates. : )

We loved everything about this property! The kitchen was great as we had several cooks and several family members to feed! We enjoyed the big deck outdoors and all the rooms and bathrooms were just right for our party of 14! We plan to stay here many times in the future to boat on the lake close by!

We had an excellent stay over the Fourth of July! Were in town for a wedding and some lake activities and it was the perfect location for our family. This home is very well cared for and clean. Very family friendly and has everything you need to stay comfortable and entertained. Kerry was a great host throughout the entirety of our trip and was very accommodating! Will definitely come back in the future.

We had a great time at this property. The location was close enough to do everything we wanted, yet far enough to be secluded, quiet, and private for our group. The house was clean and well furnished (PLENTY of towels, fully supplied kitchen, sufficient hot water supply for our large group, lots of space to congregate inside or out). The lawn was freshly mowed. The host was very available. Check in and out was a breeze. If only every vacation had a property like this! We would absolutely stay here again if in the area.

The property sits on acreage between Tulsa and Skiatook amongst rolling hills, open fields and tree lines. Absolutely beautiful for the area. Driving up to the property you feel that this is going to be a great quiet getaway. Walking into the house it is apparent right away - this is one of the cleanest and well appointed properties you can get on VRBO. Our standards for “clean” are extremely high - this property way exceeded expectations. Absolutely spotless throughout and dust free. Just a big WOW on how the property is maintained. To add to the awesome experience, the property owner was exceptional in communicating and answering questions. Our kids had a complete blast exploring the trails, playing in the tree house and having a bonfire. Just an all around great time while never leaving the property. We 100% will book this property again!
