"Loved our stay at The Conductors Quarters. Love the exposed brick and character. The rain shower! Enjoyed the Transportation museum and train ride. Would love to have had a coffee shop nearby- but maybe little shops will come with the renovation and improvements that seem to be going on in this area. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We loved our stay in the house. Everything was very cozy. The view was beautiful and peaceful. The take traffic was pretty low so my son and I kayaked to the Hwy 8 bridge and back. The living room is set up perfectly for a game night (which we did while watching the Canes give up on life during the Eastern Conference Final). We would definitely come back!"

"We have never been to High Rock Lake prior to this stay. We were looking for pet friendly and a place to bring our boat. We had no way to know the weather would be off the week after Memorial Day. The house and location were great. Plan on cooking and eating in unless you want to travel 20 minutes or more for anything other than diner food.
