"This was our second time staying at this wonderful place. Excellent layout...three comfortable bedrooms. Loved the sun porch and the sloping lawn down to a small private swimming place. Town swimming "next door" but quiet. The lake was very refreshing during two very hot and humid days. "

"We stayed at Abigail’s nest a couple weekends ago for a lowkey bachelorette weekend by the pool and Kim and her house were more amazing that we could’ve imagined. The house was absolutely gorgeous and clean and the yard and pool were as well. We relaxed by the pool and had an absolute blast celebrating our bride! We are so grateful to have found this gem! Kim was great and communicative the entire time and we are all grateful for a fantastic weekend. Thanks again Kim!"

"3 generation family a dog. While the pond was a bit muddy (this its nickname) the kids and dog swam from sun up to down. The beach, seating area, dock, fire pits were all perfect.The house fit our needs. The family bedroom was a plus for extra space and bedrooms were huge. We asked for access to the rowboat on site which we rented and was easy to do. Probably wouldn’t bother next time as we rarely used.Thank you for sharing your home with us!"

"We had room for each of the adults, which included adult children. At these ages they no longer want to share a bed or bathroom with anyone. Perfect that we could come together, but have our own separate spaces. Very clean and comfortable with everything you need."

"We rented this property because our was getting married in Sturbridge and we wanted a place for the groomsmen to gather and get ready but also where we could spend the night. The location was awesome! ( can’t wait to see pictures) and the host was friendly and quick to respond. We enjoyed it so much that we are already talking about returning for a relaxing visit!!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This is truly an estate. Unfortunately we had rain so we were not able to enjoy the beautiful property. The house has many cool and unique decorations. There is plenty of room to sleep a large crowd. We had a celebration at the house (approved by the owners) which was great. There is plenty of space for guests to spread out and the kitchen is very functional to host a nice buffet dinner party. There is also plenty of parking. A true gem if you are...

"We arrived early in the evening. The house was a bit further than we expected but that was based on our own analysis. We had received the code in a timely manner, got in easily and found the house to be in great shape. "

"Loved the caboose! Had so much fun with my family! Plenty of space. Loved that it had full kitchen, AC and bathroom all inside. Wished we stayed longer. Loved the sitting spaces and the history of the caboose from the past. The location was tucked away and quiet and loved the views of the railroad. Would have been more ideal in another section of Palmer but makes sense it was near the Steaming Tender. "

"I stayed at this property for almost a month and thoroughly enjoyed it. It had everything I needed and is conveniently located to Route 9 and I-435. The host was very responsive, which I greatly appreciated. It's nice to know such a comfortable place is available in Shrewsbury."

"Great place to stay. Loved the lake. The kids could hang out on the dock and swim all day. Nice quit neighborhood to enjoy family and relax. "

"Our expectations were exceeded in every way. The home was immaculate, fully stocked with everything we needed, and had plenty of comfortable spaces for our large family to relax and spend time together. The neighborhood was quaint and peaceful, and the neighbors were incredibly friendly—even taking time to show us around. We were especially delighted by the Boat Parade and the amazing firework displays. It was a truly memorable stay, and we would absolutely return!"
