"We were in town for a wedding in Spearfish and decided to stay in downtown area, and chose this little cottage based on the reviews. We were not disappointed! We had everything we needed, easy parking, warm cottage with all the amenities. The locals are SO FRIENDLY! We LOVED the area, and definitely are considering a return trip for a vacation getaway to explore the region in a bit warmer weather. We will definitely stay at this property again!"

"We booked in advance what wound up being an extremely cold weekend with negative degree temps. When we arrived, there was an issue with the heat and our booked house was very cold. This was immediately rectified once we notified the owners and they got us the code for the house across the street with zero hassle. We’ve stayed at these properties before and will again in a heartbeat - great amenities, location and service. "

"The loft was spotless and even larger than we anticipated. My family of 4 had plenty of space to move around. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Walking distance to coffee shops, shopping, and a grocery store. I thought overnight parking in the public lot would be a pain, but it was literally a 1 minute walk. "The location was great - walking distance to several downtown businesses. It was very clean and comfortable. Was cool at night and warm during the day but had no issues with heating or cooling. Some issues with internet/Wifi first night but was fixed next day. Shower had good water pressure and bed was comfortable. Only suggestion is to add a light above the vanity in the bathroom.
