One bedroom studio apartment perfect for a couple or family with young kids. King size firm pillow top bed and full size futon, suitable for children. Fully equipped kitchen and large bathroom. Covered porch facing the beach which is just a few steps away plus a deck with lounge chairs. Unbeatable beachfront location and views. Kayaks and paddle boards included.
Spanish Wells is an historic lobster fishing community with a beautiful beach, several good restaurants where fresh seasonal catch is on the menu. The apartment is centrally located and food and liquor stores as well as restaurants are walkable, but we highly recommend renting a gold cart (buggy) to explore the island and adjoining Russell Island. There are no hotels or large resorts which helps the island keeps its distinct charm.
If you are looking for a laid back beach vacation on a beautiful beach, Spanish Wells is it!

Million dollar View

This is our 3rd time staying in a unit at Beach Palms (Beach Therapy). As usual, it is perfect for me and my husband. Vince and Lori, property managers, are so responsive and go above and beyond to assist in arriving and departing not only from the unit, but the Island as well. Our flight was cancelled on Tuesday and we headed back to SW in pouring rain. Vince made sure we were able to go right back into our unit and even had clean towels waiting on us. Our first unit had a problem with the A/C (stuff happens) and we were moved nearly immediately into another unit. All units have everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The property could not be on a more beautiful part of the beach and Spanish Wells is such a priceless gem!

The best of the best!

From my initial communications to my departure, the Vin ce/Lori team were the best! The unit had all the things I needed and more. Proximity to the water only 60'. Spanish Wells is a terrific island in the Bahmas, but the waterside unit and the Vince/Lori team made it even better.

The property was very nice. Views were outstanding and Vince and Lori super nice and helpful. The furniture was not very comfortable for seniors but it was clean and the kitchen was outfitted pretty well.

Great location right by the water

The location of the place is great and the studio apartment is okay. Just some things are a bit dated and for the price you would expect something a bit more.However, if you are looking for a central spot right by the water then it is great accommodation. Also the hosts were super friendly fly and helpful.

Great host & beach

The hosts were so nice & helpful. Vince met us at the dock to help with luggage. He also dropped off a mattress pad for us bc we were having a hard time with the bed. Definitely above and beyond ! Hosts are 5 star! Please note the bed is VERY !!!! firm if that poses any issue for you. The location of the house is really handy, close to Buddha’s, the supermarket, the dock etc. And of course the beach was amazing. It is a different beach every day or time of day because of the tides. It might be 6” of water or 4’ of water depending on the tides. The sand bars are fun to walk out on. Also there was a family of sweet kittens that I really enjoyed playing with although the hosts requests you didn’t feed them. At first I was concerned but I saw someone dropping off cat food and also they were spayed ! I also want to note in case anyone in your group has joint or mobility issues. There is a set of 6-8 stairs down to the water. There is a big sea wall between the condo & water. So even though you are right on the beach definitely be aware of that if stairs are a concern for you. That is the only thing I didn’t realize before booking and I think maybe a picture of that would be helpful bc stairs can be a little hard for me. The umbrellas and chairs are also up on a wooden platform so you aren’t sitting in the sand. Which was kind of convenient really. Otherwise the condo was well stocked. There was a little water when we got there which was nice. Cups plates etc.

Peace of Paradise

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed on this property, the first being a different but nearly identical unit. We love Bahama Palms! The unit had everything we needed and was so convenient to everything on the Island. Having DIRECT access to the North Beach was incredible. Right out the back door, with a great covered porch and each unit has it's designated chair and umbrella area. This past April all units were occupied and we really enjoyed meeting the other guests. We even rented a boat for two days and one of the couples joined us. Can't wait to book our next stay. Property managers and housekeeping person are great to work with and very responsive.

Beach Retreat is just that!

Location is everything at Beach Retreat! It is located just a few steps to the beautiful North beach. This is a perfect studio apt. for 1 couple. It has everything you need and nothing that you don’t! Vince and Lori are awesome! They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely book again next year!

Magical Experience!

Vince and Lori are incredible hosts—very helpful and communicative. Our first trip EVER to the Bahamas 🇧🇸—it will not be our last. Met / made some new friends! (And we loved Wreckers Bar/Grill/Restaurant—delicious food and affable staff.) Spanish Wells…a truly magical experience!

Getting away

This place was amazing! You get up enjoy the sunrise, swim, rest, snorkel, nap, and repeat. Everything you need is right there. Vince was so helpful and nice. What ever we needed he was happy to help us. This located on the beach, beautiful sandbar. It’s pure perfection! Don’t hesitate to rent this place.

A dream come true!

The condo was clean and comfy and the bed was perfect. The beach right out the back door. Plenty of seating, I went out several morning before sunrise and seen more stars than ever. So peaceful and quiet. The location couldn’t be better. The kayaks were fun, we went around the island on morning in under two hours. I can’t say enough good about the condo, the hosts were spectacular answering all our questions and helping us get from and to the airport. We will definitely bring going back to the Spanish Wells and we would stay at this location again!

What else could you want?

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have concierge treatment from the moment we stepped off the plane — thanks to Lori! The rental has amazing views, well stocked and island themed. Great experience and already planning our next trip.
