"Breakfast buffet was nice. Communicating with staff was difficult, as there were times where our included breakfast option was removed from the booking, and additional services were added that we didn’t ask for. Also asked for slippers from the front desk, but they never got delivered, despite the front desk confirming."

"Living Area: Small but manageable.
Kitchen: Average in size and functionality.
Bathroom: The shower area lacks a door, causing water to spill throughout the space. Water leakage was observed outside the bathroom door, likely originating from the tiled area. There is no exhaust/ventilation, leading to persistent odor issues.
Restaurant: Acceptable."

でも洗剤を自分で持って行ったので良かったですが、6日間の宿泊で洗剤が1つは少なかったです。フロントに行けばもらえたかもしれませんが。
でも乾燥機能もついてたので良かったです。"

"Upon arrival we were told that an associate would take us to our apartment. After waiting around for 15 - 20 minutes I asked someone if they could help us. They showed us to our apartment. The apartment was bare bones. There were not kitchen towels or wash cloths. There was no room in the bathroom for toiletries. The kitchen table was an office desk. The queen bed has 2 very small pillows. And oh my goodness the spiral staircase was a nightmare! Thank heavens we were on the second floor...
