Welcome to Villa Bel Air, a spacious and charming villa for up to 27 guests, located in the famous spa town of Spa in the Belgian Ardennes. This charming group home is perfect for large families, groups of friends, clubs, or team-building groups who want to enjoy nature, togetherness, and comfort. Up to two pets are welcome, so your four-legged friends can come along on vacation too.

The villa offers plenty of living spaces where you can relax together. On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy living room with a sitting area, a spacious dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. There’s also a charming library, ideal for a quiet read or some relaxation.

With multiple bedrooms spread across two floors, the villa offers comfortable sleeping accommodations for large groups. Some rooms have their own private bathroom, while others share a bathroom. In total, there are several bathrooms with showers or bathtubs and multiple toilets, ensuring everyone has ample privacy and comfort.

The basement features an additional living area with a TV, DVD player, and foosball table, perfect for relaxation and entertainment. You’ll also find an extra dining area and a second fully equipped kitchen here, which is especially handy when cooking for large groups. A washer and dryer are also available.

Outside, you can enjoy the spacious, fenced-in garden with a terrace and patio furniture, where you can barbecue together or relax after a day in the Ardennes. There is ample parking available at the property.

Thanks to its location in Spa, known for its thermal baths, nature, and outdoor activities, this is the ideal base for hikes, bike rides, motorsports at the Spa-Francorchamps circuit, and enjoyable excursions in the Ardennes.
